Booking Terms and Conditions Holiday Home

1. Reservation and Confirmation

  • A reservation is considered final once the tenant has received the confirmation and payment instructions by email. Please ensure the deposit is paid within the specified time to secure your booking.
  • The deposit is 10% of the total rental amount and must be paid within 5 days of booking.
  • The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • In case of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, the tenant will receive a 100% refund of the payments made.
  • In case of cancellation between 14 and 30 days before arrival, the tenant will receive a 50% refund of the payments made.
  • In case of cancellation within 14 days before arrival, 100% of the rental amount is due.
  • We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance with cancellation coverage to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

3. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.
  • Check-out must be done before 12:00 PM on the day of departure.
  • Different times are only possible by arrangement. Please contact us in advance if you require a different check-in or check-out time.

4. House Rules

  • Smoking is not allowed in the holiday home.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • The maximum number of guests must not be exceeded.
  • Parties and events are not allowed.

5. Liability

  • The landlord is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to the tenant’s property.
  • The tenant is responsible for any damage to the holiday home or its inventory caused by themselves or their guests.

6. Force Majeure

  • In the event of force majeure (such as natural disasters, pandemics, etc.), the landlord reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the reservation. An appropriate solution, such as a refund or alternative booking date, will be sought in consultation.
