Booking Terms – Atalaia Nascente

1. Booking and Payment

  • The guest submits a booking request for the desired dates via the booking form on the website.

  • The price shown in the website calendar is per night for a maximum of six people.

  • If the requested dates are available, the owner will provisionally reserve them for the guest and send an email with the total booking amount, calculated based on the length of stay, number of guests, and any discounts for early bookings or longer stays.

  • A deposit of 10% of the total rental amount must be paid within 5 days of booking.

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 30 days before arrival.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival, the guest will receive a 100% refund of payments made.

  • For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before arrival, a 50% refund applies.

  • For cancellations within 14 days before arrival, 100% of the rental amount is due.

  • We recommend taking out travel insurance with cancellation coverage.

3. Arrival and Departure

  • Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.

  • Check-out must be completed before 12:00 PM on the day of departure.

  • Different times are possible only by prior arrangement.

4. House Rules

  • Smoking is not allowed in the holiday home.

  • Pets are not allowed.

  • The maximum number of guests must not be exceeded.

  • Parties and events are not allowed.

5. Liability

  • The owner is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to the guest’s belongings.

  • The guest is responsible for any damage to the holiday home or its inventory caused by themselves or their companions.

6. Force Majeure

  • In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.), the owner reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the booking.

  • An appropriate solution will be sought in consultation with the guest.
