The basic rental price applies to the rental of the main house up to 6 persons. For more          than 6 persons (in total max. 10) there is an additional cost of 200 € per week for                    additional use of the studio with 4 extra beds.

     We rent only for a stay of at least one week. 

     All consumption of gas, electricity, water and heating is included in the price. Sufficient            towels and bed linen is provided. The costs for end-cleaning after your stay are also                included.

     A (rental) car is indispensable for reaching Atalaia and traveling.
